The staff was warm and helpful. We were the only appointment in the at the time. Thus put me at ease due to COVID-19 precautions being observed. The doctor and MA answers all my questions.

I came to NW Asthma & Allergy after 9 years at an allergist in SoCal. He recommended NW Asthma & Allergy to me. He had diagnosed me with 3 severe allergies. I actually liked the procedures here better than my previous allergist office. I loved Dr.Naimi, he was personable, nice, funny & a very good doctor. I was recently seeing Dr Winterroth who is also a very good doctor but I did not have as much interaction with her. Today I had an allergy retest, after a few years of getting a maintenance dose. Turns out I was able to discontinue injections! Altho I loved my allergists & feel I had great care-my health is tremendously improved-I will not miss injections. It was a long road getting to this point. Thanks to my allergists, the nursing staff, & the front desk for taking such good care of me. And Meredith, I promise I will stay in touch!

After being referred by my Dr. to make an appointment, I called them. They don't answer their phones, you get placed in a queue and they never pick up. You have to leave a message. When they called back, I was told I had to make an appointment online. However, when you go online it tells you to fill out a form and they will call you back. They never called back! Horrible Service.

Great check in process, given the whole COVID pandemic. Lobby was spaced effectively and staff all wore PPE. Made my family and I feel safe and well taken care of.
