Excellent click and collect experience. I had 3 different order numbers and while I loaded 2 orders Valerie (who was just lovely and so helpful) brought the 3rd order to my car. Pleasant experience (unlike some other well known retailers). Thank you!

Great pick up experience. Ordered on line and was served by a very nice gentleman. Just walked to the door and there he was. Items picked up within five minutes. Quick and easy. Well done Dunelm. Better than some places I have had to go to.

My mother came here to buy curtains and received excellent service and help from a member of staff in the drapes department. She helped her to convert all measurements and made sure she went home happy and with curtains that fit. Lovely selection of all sorts of homestyle goods. Would recommend.
