Called up to enquire about a van and spoke to Roshan who was unbelievably helpful. He was very patient as we weren't quite sure what we wanted just a late plate Bongo. Had read the reviews previously so had absolutely no hesitation in choosing a van after being sent photos of what was available. We purchased instantly and Roshan kept us informed throughout the process after waiting three weeks for all the paperwork to come through. We had a horrendous journey when the day came to collect our vehicle as it was raining heavily, foggy and we had over 200 miles to drive . When we arrived our van was immaculate! They had done exactly what they said they would including undersealing as it was a fresh import. They went above and beyond to make us happy even installing a lovely music system for us. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys as they are helpful, honest and true to their word. Others who have bought their vans from here have nothing but great things to say about them even having their vans pass MOT after 6 years with no work (facebook sites). If you need a Bongo, Elgrand or Toyota van go here! You will not regret it.

Went along to view some cars with the intention of buying we need a 2nd vehicle, was met by a youngish guy as I looked around, said I was looking for a Nissan Elgrand between 5,000 and 6,500. Nothing here in that price range mate was the reply, we do have this for 7,500 or an old thing in the yard that would need a complete over hall inside and I would need some imagination it has half leather he explained and I said I would prefer full leather. Having looked at the website prior to going I was amazed that all the vehicles they have there was nothing under that price, anyway the phone rang while we were chatting so he just said I'm taking this call and turned away from me well that made my blood boil how f ing rude and I drove off with the money still in my pocket. Called later about 4.30 and asked about a Elgrand on the website for 6,000 yeah mate we have that here was the reply, ah I said, but 2 hours ago you had nothing under 7,500 so you just lost a sale my friend and hung up. He did ring back and offer to have it ready for me to view but I will no longer bother if that's the sale pitch, what's the after sales like eh mate!

We purchased our bongo (black from the photo) last September from Joseph and we are so glad we did. The bongo is great fun and we got a low mileage less than 30k miles (not KM) at a very competitive price. The price was better than anywhere else we looked, online or otherwise. Whats really great is that Joseph is an honest and helpful guy without any pushy sales banter. He lets you look at the vans, test drive them and I didn't need to haggle on price as what he offered was better than anything else I'd come across. I've just returned today to look at some vans for a friend of mine who wants to get a bongo with an Auto free top. There's a good range of vans and there's always more stock coming in. We got our van fresh off the boat thanks to a conversation with Joseph about what he had coming in. Highly recommended. Go and test drive one! They also do Nissan Elgrands and Toyota Alphards which we were tempted by but the Bongo has more character for me.
