I've heard sketchy things about the housing here. However, management has since changed and I haven't had any issues as of yet. Staff has been polite and transparent. Maintenance has not been slacking, if anything, it seems like they're catching up from previous maintenance Management's incompetency. Many of my friends have said that maintenance has been out at their house daily fixing a plethora of issues with their house and are on top of things. I will update this review later on but as of now, don't fear living here.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Don’t live here! They are shady! They will start new policies after you move in and then make you pay thousands of dollars for policies you didn’t agree to upon move in! After living there for a few years, they came up with a brand new policy that they were going to all the houses to black light the carpets and if they found any stains, the resident has to pay for full replacement of all carpets even though the carpets are ten years old and have holes all Over where they are coming apart from age and they did not blacklight when we moved in but now all of a sudden they want to come around and black light and charge us thousands of dollars to replace all the carpets!! The residents have no rights and you are at their mercy. This company is unethical and will rob you blind!!!!
