These stars are for Dr. Swift ONLY!!! The front desk receptionist acts like she would rather jump off a cliff than be bothered with you. She really needs to work at the DMV where her personality would be better suited. Let’s talk about Dr. Swift, he is simply the sweetest man ever. He showed compassion and I left there with a game plan to help with my chronic cough. I highly recommend him if you can get past the front desk.

I left three separate messages with the nurses in this office to no avail. Fed up with the lack of response and and unable to breathe, I called and demanded to speak directly with a nurse. After meeting much resistance, a nurse finally fielded my phone call; I was told they never received my messages, that the scheduling office must have forwarded me to the wrong extension, which is peculiar seeing as I went through the automated system to reach them two of the times. Regardless of which department I was forwarded to, nobody took note of it and nobody informed the proper party of my calls. I was also told that I would need to make an appointment solely to ask questions about my medication that the nurse was incapable of answering. And to top it all off, they had no record of testing they performed in-office two weeks prior despite having already called with the results. Yeah, that’s gonna prove troublesome with the insurance company should I need that testing again. I don’t care how good the doctor is, if I can’t get the care I need in between appointments, it is absolutely not worth it. STEER CLEAR.

No accountability for services promised. Trying to get assitance since August 2020. Again, promised services in November and now December to only be told no opening until February 2021. The only help I received was a bill. Don't walk -RUN!!!

I have been coming here for years and I always see Dr. Shuman. She is always kind and caring. I saw Dr. Dicicco last week for results from PET scan and he made room for me the same day within an hour that they called me. He was so kind and quick to real Dr. Shuman's notes. He also allowed my sister on the phone so that she could hear what he was saying. The nurse Kathy is also kind and caring. Katherin at the front desk was very nice. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr Dicicio has been my husbands physician for years. Ever since he was hospitalized Dr Dicicio has taken very good care of Paul. He's kind, caring supportive spends as much time with the patient as they need. I highly recommend this wonderful physician.
