I ordered a set of balloons for delivery on Friday, nothing turned up called the courier to find out what had happened on Saturday and was told they won’t be delivered until Monday. After I requested a refund a lady called and promised me they would be delivered between 0800 and 1200 on Sunday (the day I needed them for). Nothing turned up andI requested a refund again but heard nothing back. At 16:30 once I had gone out and had to explain to my 6 year old daughter why she didn’t get the balloons she asked for they finally turned up 3 days late and too late to be of use. Requested a refund and still haven’t heard back. Won’t be using again very disappointed!

Perfect customer service, very professional. I have ordered set of three balloons, one of them didn't look fully pumped and all of them lost air inside very quickly... Definitely didn't worth 28.00, but at least it came on time.
