I found this place really nice and relaxing for taking my mod 1 exam. Despite the rain everything went well. My examiner Darren was considerate and nice. On my module 2 I fa tiled with him, but later on I passed with no issues with Jay who somehow encouraged me to relax just before the hardest test in my life. I just wanted it so badly. Had the best ride in my life so far. Indeed, the bikers are nice people. This place will always remain special for me.

Lack of prior instruction to wait in the car park, so went and rang the bell only to be met with an obnoxious man, tapping on the door telling us it clearly states to wait in the car park. It doesn't and he was plain rude. The examiner on the other hand was extremely polite.
Waiting room and facilities are closed due to COVID, but a temporary set up outside functions well. Very efficient and professional.
Dreadful experience accompanying my 17yr old daughter. Rude, aggressive, large, grumpy, patronising man, arrived and barked orders at her, told her off for the positioning of the L plate several times, made her even more nervous. Even I felt intimidated. Went off on the verge of tears (not like her), arrived back in floods of tears. He was rude to her the entire test. And said ‘well you’ve failed’ as they returned. His physique was impractical for our small car and she couldn’t pull the handbrake on properly without touching his leg which made her feel so uncomfortable throughout the test. Dangerous in terms of driving, not to mention breaching COVID safety rules. Unsurprisingly she failed. That isn’t my issue at all, she will retake. Hopefully next time she will get an examiner who is human enough to be kind and respectful and will put her at ease in a typically nerve wracking situation rather than make her feel terrible. I have written a letter of complaint.
