I was staying in a hotel nearby and searched via google maps for a place to eat something. This place had by far the most recensions by locals. And it was a good choice for me too, the meals get prepared inside behind the shop window and everything seems to be fresh. They have several tables outside that are seperated from the sidewalk by a hedge also there is a second store with glass doors at the front instead of windows, you get a view on the hustle around the place. If you can block out the horns and signals, the traffic noise pretty much gives the impression being at the beach and ocean waves crashing ashore. Since I speak fluently turkish I had no problem making my order, also the staff seems to speak different languages, I also saw many foreigners placing their order without speaking at all. The menu consists of two kinds of meat, that is kofta and chicken breast I think, two kinds of salad and that pretty much was it. Plenty of bread by turkish tradition and rice if you please, that is not on the menu but the staff get it from outside the store somewhere. They are constantly cooking meat even if no patrons are in sight, maybe orders from nearby places since the area is pretty much a business center with a clinic in front, hotels in the back and a lot of stores at the main road. The place doesn't seem to have toilets but they got two sinks and soap to wash your hands. The place is pretty much clean, staff goes around regularly if they can, but when too busy they at least clean the table before bringing your order. I hope the old man is going to have a long and healthy life, because I will definitely favor this place over any other when it comes to purely sating your hunger at a decent place. So if you happen to stay at a hotel around the place, definitely come here for your diner.
