Phone appointments are not available if you do not queue at 8am - even then you have to be lucky. Latest advice is to walk in to get an appointment from reception if you can't get anything by phone. Registered patients turned away for routine appointments (self defined as non urgent over the phone but patients are not doctors and cannot diagnose their own illnesses). Dreadful state of administrative affairs here. Doctors/ nurse, if you can get one, are good though.

Dreadful service, phone line in the morning is practically impossible to get through on. I had a free Perscription application once they lost it, second time the doctor forgot to sign it the result was I had to pay 25 for my medication that should have been provided free. My blood test results was not disclosed to me or my consultant, when I asked for results I had to fill in a 3 page application to get it, when they were not forthcoming was told then that it takes 28 days to process the request. On wednesdays all the doctors appear to be training can’t get an appointment, why do they all need training on the same day ? Non urgent appointments take forever to get. This surgery is struggling now it needs a major shakeup as the demands will only increase when the new housing is occupied in Faversham.

Went to see one of the female doctors with my husband. She was very abrupt and was happy to prescribe medication for depression without any follow up treatment or further investigation. He had also been suffering with sky high blood pressure, she didn't bother to check it and when I asked about some other medication she told me she didn't have time to prescribe it. I will be changing doctors, a complete shambles. If anything happens to my husband I will come after them and sue the pants off them!
