All their staff were friendly and answered all the questions I had. We talked through issues I had and came up with a plan. Dr. Roller is amazing and really cares about the outcome of his patients. He is so passionate about what he does, he is willing to talk to companies about them covering the procedures on insurance so more people have this as an option in their toolbox for weight loss. They are still answer all my questions being post surgery, and have a support group where they respond often.

First, I want to say that this office has a fantastic setup. Everything you need is in the building and makes it very accommodating for all patients. The entire team at roller is so friendly, front desk, doctors, billing, surgeons, dietitians, and more (they even have someone help you with your insurance). They are knowledgeable and well versed in what they do and can/will answer any questions or concerns. They are thorough and they have a plan and it WORKS. If the plan meets bumps in the road the adjust and move forward. They have a welcoming environment and it was fantastic working with them, I feel better than before surgery. My surgery was quick, and no complications either! Recovery was easier than expected too. The staff at the hospital they use were also a delight and so helpful during my stay. I mean they helped me decide which surgery would meet my needs and prepped me for the upcoming lifestyle changes. There is normally always someway to get ahold of them if you have emergencies too. From the minute I walked in to the office I fell in love.. Each person greets you, genuinely cares and are top notch. I wish every Doctors office ran the way Dr. Rollers does. They have been honest in my Gastric Bypass on what to expect. They answer questions 24/7 around the clock. I just had the body tite done on my arms and legs and for a 3 hour surgery, we have an absolute blast. If you are thinking about any cosmetic surgery or any surgeries that fall under wheelhouse- Choose him and his team- you won't regret it!
