Unprofessional. They do not keep their word. Person in charge of your project does not answer calls or emails or are never in store too - Avoids you. Not trustworthy. The local builders were great but Wickes service and advice were terrible, they left our ceiling damaged due to their negligence during consultation, they were too focused on selling the products only. The Wickes team thought this was a fine thing to do. Never going back & will recommend everyone I know not to use their services too.

Brilliant staff, safe place to go as got hand sanitizer at the door and screens on all of the tills, staff all wearing masks ..always go there for all our DIY needs, won't go anywhere else...
Good selection. At this time able to choose then collect.
Use as a last resort, toolstation is far cheaper for the same bits.
