The plane was a little dated looking, and it was just a prop plane so I was a little nervous to start. After that, it was an awesome experience. The pilot himself loaded all our luggage (wish I new he was the pilot at the time as I only tipped 20 for two people). He was professional, politely made sure masks were worn and always had his on. And on a side note, I never knew a plane could fly sideways which it did coming into the landing, but he fought the crosswinds for a perfect touchdown. It was my first time with them, but I will never use another charter service if they are available. THANK YOU SHELTAIR!!!!

Very Nice Facility, amazing employees. We fly out from there and the customer service was the best one I have seen. Always smiling and helpful. I'm pretty sure my dog loved too, with the little treats and the water container he gets.
