I am very disappointed and honestly a bit miffed at this dealership. The Salesman was nice but honestly I came to look at and test drive a Jeep Renegade Sport. The particular model I RESERVED was being used as a service loan, and although we got to look at a Renegade Latitude we wanted to look at and test drive the sport. If this dealership wants our business they are going to have to step it up. I am willing to change my rating but first I need to be impressed. Also the children's area was gross and needs to be cleaned more than once a decade, especially during a pandemic. The blocks were grimy feeling and looked dingy.

I initially found my car online for price I was comfortable with, I then proceeded to go to the dealership and make my purchase. When I was asked why I chose to buy this vehicle in Fort Worth since I was in Dallas I told them it was purely about the price it was the best price I found. Unfortunately the car advertised was not actually for sale it was a car that was used as service vehicle but they were more than happy to show me a different vehicle that was exactly the same but not the price I was looking to pay. I continued anyway because I wanted another car. after what seemed like forever we came to a deal on the new car and I thought we were done. We were then led to an office with a finance manager was waiting to finalize the paperwork. Before we got to that his goal was to sell us a service contract which I did not want and I told him so that was not a good enough answer because five temps were made to sell me a contract which I kept telling him I did not want until the end where I finally agreed to a small increase in a monthly payment because I told him I would not pay over a certain amount for any car he came to within 3 of that amount. When I finally had time to settle down away from the pressure and read this paperwork I noticed they had added another 900 for something called debt cancellation agreement , which I did not understand I have tried to call the dealership several times to no avail. I have 10 days to remove this from my contract and yet I have already wasted five of them trying to reach these people. The Next Step will be to go around them and call the corporate office explaining my situation. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly because my rights are being ignored. I'm starting to feel like they believe if they just wait me out I will have no option but to accept what has been put on the contract.

Bought a brand new jeep which had real bad suspension/alignment problems from the day I purchased it. I have had supposedly 4 alignments done and not a single time did I ever receive a sheet for an alignment. On top of that, the Director of service never even called back when my advisor was out in order to get an update on my vehicle and new temp tags on their loaner vehicle. When I picked my jeep up it had a broken grab handle which they said they would cut a check and pay for and its been over 2 weeks with no check. You try calling and no one answers (probably stems from management who doesn't answer either)... The worst part is the jeep still isn't right. I wouldn't go to this dealer if it were the last dealership left. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the service woman while I caught her in multiple lies, she at least was friendly and they did give me a loaner truck to use. If not they would have had a 1 star. Chris the sales manager is the only decent person who works there and actually answers his phone. I hate writing bad reviews, there is already to much negativity in this world, but this has been the worst experience in a while at a dealership and others need to be made aware.

Great variety of used cars and trucks. Well trained staff and a very good finance department. My salesperson was Cody, who I met a couple of years prior and having the opportunity to work with him again was a great experience! In my opinion, this is one of the better used car lots of the AutoNation family. If it's not on the lot...they'll find it. I had a late purchase, but brought it back the next business day for detail, gas, and tire rotation. Thanks for all, much appreciated!

I wanted to take minute to thank the team from AutoNation in North Richland hills for making the buying process simple and pretty quick compared to my experience before at another dealer 4 years ago. First off Kevin is the man! He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and made sure my experience was top notch. I highly recommend Buying from AutoNation but also asking for Kevin to help you! I got a really good deal and they will work with you to make the purchase. I usually don’t make post or reviews so please understand that this review means a lot to me because I’ve took the time to write it out. Again thank you AutoNation and SUPERIOR SERVICE FROM Kevin Maher! Love the New Ram By the way!!
