Greatest staff - all of them - every department. It’s always a pleasurable experience. I have all my services done here. Brandon is the genius in the service department. Tyler is the genius when it comes to parts. These two guys know everything about motorcycles. The rest of the staff are always courteous, helpful and friendly too. It’s a positive experience every visit and it’s all due to the people there.

If you're looking for a new bike, Herwaldt is the place to go. I've dealt with quite a few dealerships that carry European brand motorcycles, and most of them make you feel like you don't belong if you don't roll up in a Mercedes wearing expensive clothes. Herwaldt isn't like that at all-they made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. They're clearly just regular dudes that love bikes...talk to them for even just a few minutes and it will become clear. Tanner specifically was an amazing point of contact for me-he worked out a more than fair deal for my trade-in and enabled me to get a bike I only ever dreamed of-a Panigale V4s. I plan on taking 100% of my business to them in the future, as literally everyone else I dealt with at the dealership (from finance to service) just went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

My life partner just bought his first Ducati at Herwaldt Motorsports and couldn't be happier with the outcome. After an adventurous 250 miles to pick up the ONLY available XDiavel closest to where we live (near Santa Barbara), we made an instant friend with Rick Fiore, an ‘Indian’ advocate through and through however. It was a joy to see the gentleness and caring Rick exhibited during the entire purchase process! His vibe is one of a motorcycle Zen-master. The deal would only close if the test drive was worthy of getting the ‘poetry on wheels’ as my Partner Michael calls the xDiavel. Rick was so helpful for the first test drive! Michael never felt any pressure to buy anything until he felt confident he could handle it. He had a ton of questions about the brand and model and when Rick couldn’t respond he resourced to a Ducati Guru who took his time with us to explain. Prior to this discovery, my life-partner was looking for the XDiavel 2021 all over California, this dealership ranks amongst the top in our book! I just bought a 2017 Harley from them a week ago. Can’t believe how well my wife and I were treated. Matt helped me from when I approached the bike outside, to finance, and was shaking my hand and seeing my off after the purchase. I have bought several bikes over the years but have never been treated so professionally and kind. The rest of the staff was so friendly as well. I will buy more bikes from this business in the future.
