I called this company to complain about an unauthorized purchase made at their store in Indio, ca using my debit card.. After sending them emails of the bank statements that showed 2 transactions they said they would take care of it, one for a cricket bill and the other for a purchase at the store. they said they would review the cameras but i no longer have patience on this matter. i didnt hear anything for 2 days. finally after contacting them, they replied stating the cameras showed nothing. what a lie. dont do business with Spacetel they have cricket wireless locations in ca and az. Be sure its not a spacetel owned store, theyre crooks.
