STAY AWAY!!! Very BAD experience, bad customer service ... overprice for repairs!!! I took my drone for gimbal calibration or repair few months ago, they asure me that the gimbal has to be replaced ,so they replaced! when I went to pick up my drone I requested my used old gimbal they refuse to give it to me!!! the answer was they trough it away ...with out my consent! I never authorize to put it on a trash... they has to return the old pieces replaced to each customer ...no matter what!! I'm paying for a new gimbal ..the old gimbal it's my property as well... Paul took my information ...promised to send me the gimbal by mail!! Never received!!! called many times no answer!! voice messages were left asking to contact me ... never happened! talked again and surprise they answer but they were rude and unprofessional ... this is what Robert told me I'm not gonna ship the old used gimbal ... you have come and pick it up and I give you a few days to do it!! other wise I'm through it away ... when I have been waiting for months, because Paul promised me that He'll send it by mail ... He's final answer was ... Talk to Paul about it because I'm not spending 20 dollar for shipping ... I live far away and it's very inconvenient to drive 30 miles for something they refuse to give it to me at the time of picking up my drone... my conclusion they didn't replace a new gimbal ... they just overcharge me ... STAY AWAY!!!

This is a great place to do business. The entire staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I showed up with a sick DJI drone without an appointment and during lunch. The service tech hurriedly finished his lunch. Now I’m talking I followed his lunch through the front door and he ate it is five minutes or less to help with my DJI. To make a long story short in the span of one hour he had repaired and test flown my drone. The price was fair and the service was outstanding. I had driven over 80 miles to get there and they did go out of their way to make sure when I left I took my repaired drone with me. Really I cannot say enough good things about this business. If you want a rare positive experience with a business do visit this one. You will be glad you did. David Hall

Great Customer Service! I bought a battery for our Mavic 2 Pro

My husband owns a DJI MAVIC PRO platinum. On a recent flight the battery got low and the drone crashed. Unfortunately the camera and gimbal were damaged. We found drones plus Dallas online, and they actually answered the phone when my husband called. We live a ways out in the country so we sent the drone via courier when we were camping in the DFW metroplex. The communication on pricing and fixing the drone was great. An effort to fix the camera was not successful, so they had to order a new one and replace it. They tested it before it left their facility and was shipped back to expediently via UPS signature required. We received the drone today and it’s in perfect condition. I would absolutely recommend DRONES PLUS DALLAS for repair work.
