Alright, so is been one too many... I used to come here often. Long waiting times, unfriendly service, ok food and prices, but the location is just so good that we kept coming back. Last week I asked if I could please have a tray to carry the dishes back to my table. The girl behind the counter looked at me, smiled to herself and dismissed me with a hand gesture. Like, I've never experienced something so rude. I shouldn't had come back, but I did. This week our salads were unwashed. Chunks of dirt on the plates and, well, that's it. I politely took the dishes back to the kitchen and asked to talk to a manager. The manager never arrived, so I explained the situation to the person behind the counter. I told her the service was unacceptable and most likely we were not coming back. She answered \As you wish\ and turned around. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
