I was doing a bunch of instacart orders at this location this morning and had incredible customer service by the cashiers Sierra and Zarah. Zarah was helping a fellow cashier bag while she had no line, noticed I was ready to cash out and welcomed me to her lane to cash me out. A couple orders later I went down to Sierra’s lane. She was incredibly fast, friendly, and efficient. I watched as prior to me cashing out the first time with Sierra, her and Hunter work together to take care of a guest in hunters lane since Sierra did not have anyone to check out yet. Kudos to the management for working hard to have people with great customer service and team work. Even better to Sierra, Zarah, Hunter, and actually Sonja who I had the other day too, for doing their work at a high level and being customer friendly as well. Excellent work!

I'm from the Southwest in Tucson, AZ and there is nothing like a Wegmans out in the Old Pueblo. It's like walking into a Farmers Market, Deli, Grocery Store, Restaurant, etc all rolled into one!! It was hopping!! We just stopped in to grab a plant so I didn't even have a chance to explore the whole store. Based on the service levels I received from the staff that were handing out samples I gonna hand a 5 Star! Loved the vibe in this store and would definitely shop here if I lived in Virginia! :))
Their staff is always super-friendly, accommodating, and courteous. Selection is pretty good, although most items you probably feel pressured to buy the store brand since it’s so much cheaper; that’s not too bad, though, cause their brand is decent. They remodeled a few months back, and it’s still taking time to figure out where everything ended up, and some items still don’t seem to have ever been restocked since Covid. They managed traffic during the initial pandemic really well, and now I just go super early so I don’t have to cross paths with many others. Just avoid going on weekends; the parking lot is packed to the brim 24/7 it seems!
Me and my husband did curbside pickup for the first time yesterday and had a really great experience. Young man named Jacobi was very helpful ,packed my stuff neat and a great hard worker. He has such a great personality and great conversation starter. Cant wait to come back!!!. Me and husband hope to see the young man again. Great job wegmans you definitely know how to hire people.
Very nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great selection of items in the Asian section. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings. This store also has Red Jacket products. They are in the produce department in the cold box. Plenty of parking and easy to find.
