Called them to organise to have my bin cleaned and they were all fine and organised over the phone. I wanted to give them 2 bins of service but they rejected the blue one. They didn't even show up for the green one and when I called to see why I had no answer twice. I'd happily change this if they bother to get in touch or get my bin cleaned.
A brilliant service by professional people. The bins look fantastic after cleaning and smelling great. It would have cost me 3-4 days wages to get my staff to clean the ten 1100L bins so its minimal expense for me. I have recommend you guys to the rest of the managers in this area. Thanks D.
