Friendly and fast service. Got a nice snack on the house in advance. We also ate a very tasty stew of pork cheeks. The menu was definitely good value for money, we couldn't finish it despite it being so tasty! We were therefore even allowed to take our dessert home. Highly recommended.

Lovely place with traditional Belgian Cousine. Here you will meet young trendy people, and families dining side by side, great atmosphere! Food was excellent, waiters attentive and polite, totally recommend.
The food is fantastic. We started off with the meat platter. It came with 3 different kinds of meat. We had some kind of fuet sausage, a fricandeau and roast beef accompanied with a mustard sauce. The meat platter is usually served with bread but they ran out. Upon request the waiter procured some bread from a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately the bread was stale but I give him an A for effort. As a main course we chose the stoofvlees mémé gusta. It's a slow roasted beef stew and it's absolutely wonderful. It's served with stewed apples, french fries and a small salad with yoghurt dressing. I have to specifically note the appropriate portion of fries. I've noticed that lots of restaurant are skimming on the fries, leaving you with a kids portion for an adult price. I was very glad that the portion we received was appropriate for two adults. The combination of flavours provided by the beef and apples is simply marvelous. Due to the stewing proces, all of the callogen in the beef has melted, leaving you with some of the juiciest meat you will ever eat. The stoofvlees is served in a pot filled with beef sauce which adds to the juiciness. It was like having an orgasm in my mouth. You will not be disappointed. We also ordered the steak bearnaise medium. The meat was super tender and I was able to cut it with a butter knife. The steak came with a salad as well. All in all, I'm extremely impressed by the meals and the kindness of the staff. Will definitely visit again and try the other options on the menu.

Very cosy and trendy restaurant. Delicious and more than enough volauvent and stoofvlees from Mémé Gusta. You get a nice free appatiser and bread in a funny bag. The staff is very friendly and I will come back here to try the rest of the menu!
