Tried out the gym once and it wasn't for me, had to pay 100 on top of the 35 for my first month to get out of it. Yikes you'd think there would be a grace period, 3 days isn't enough. Definitely agree with the other reviews about extracting your money however they can. Weird way to do business in 2021 with other great options out there.

This location is phenomenal. Always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. At every stage of the lockdown, from pre-closure to reopening, the CEO kept members in the loop as to company decisions and evolving protocol. I was impressed by his dedication to our needs for fitness. My favorite part of the Mountainside member benefits are the cotton swabs and towel service. Been coming here since 2016.

2 Stars b/c you don’t have a single long length mirror in the women’s restroom and b/c it’s difficult to find the front door! I walked around entire building before figuring out it’s upstairs. Most business would use a sign to communicate to first time users.

Been a member for 4 years, their service and quality has really declined. Will not be renewing for another year. They do a poor job explaining fees and work hard to extract money from you. If you’re looking for a new gym membership, you’d be better served saving the money or finding a cheaper one elsewhere.

This gym is always clean. Never jam packed. Great customer service. For the people who have issues with other people not wearing masks, you should probably just stay home. Everyone is respectful with their masks here, don’t let bad reviews like theirs determine your joining or not. The kids care is amazing, you can watch from all the cardio equipment right on the screen! So many things to choose from, you can literally take any workout here and have everything you need.
