I sent a parcel off and was told that there was only one delivery option that cost 15 as it contained 'food'. I had no other means to verify this claim so had to go along. Then the guy said \Actually its 20 because of the weight\. Hmmmm...again no chance to verify what he's saying. i should have walked away but chose not to. Anyway it turns out after some research that there are other options available and he charged me to guarantee next day delivery by 9am - a service that was far in excess of what i needed. There is also no mention of food restrictions as the guy made out. Clearly not a mistake by the owner and blatant dishonesty. Warning to others is to avoid this place.
