KIND ATTENTION GANAPATHY STORE OWNER & SHOPPERS! Today about an hour ago around 8.30-9 pm, we visited Ganapathy Store after calling up first around 8pm. First time, the person who picked up the phone sounded a bit rude. Later, we explained we needed a particular brand and would love to visit the store and we reached there in about 20 minutes. Can verify with our cab. We picked up 19 items and the person at the counter called Shasee asked whether we were the people who called. Our items were billed for 33.27. For more proof, an Indian family with a girl child was shopping at the same time. I was recharging my phone and calling the cab and my husband at the counter had forgotten to take his glasses so we trusted it would be fine. While picking up stuff, noticed that few items that did not carry a price tag. We kept cross checking with Shasee for a few items but the other family came for billing and it was time to close the shop too. Shasee had a smirk all the time though. It started raining and our cab came. We thanked him and left trusting Shashee's billing. To our dismay, we find we are billed multiple times for some items. We purchased only 19 items but we are billed for 23 items. Some of them are carrying different names from the items billed. Tried calling the number but guess the store had closed. Reporting this cheating to the authorities now. Attaching images for reference. Really regret the visit!
It has all the indian groceries that you will need, amazing store!
I found some of my favourite food that i can't find in the supermarket it has a bit of everything. Reasonable price too.
