I came to allergy associates to treat an allergic reaction. I already knew the stimulus for the reaction but despite removing the stimulus the allergic reaction remained. A patch test was done, upon removal of the patch it was evident the test led to severe hyperpigmentation and left marks. When speaking with Dr. Prasad Srinivasan following this patch test, he had the audacity to propose another patch test be done. I refused this due to the horrible reaction I had to the first patch test and frankly there was no point in another patch test being done because the stimulus was confirmed. I came to Dr. Prasad to see if anything could be done about the marks, he stated he could give me a referral to a dermatologist for the hyperpigmentation. Following this promise I never heard back from Dr. Prasad. I called the office to follow up and the receptionist stated Dr. Prasad does not make referrals. Dr. Prasad also laid out the trajectory of the remainder of my treatment for me; some follow up appointments were to be done. This never occurred- I never heard from him or any healthcare professional from the office again. After being lied to and being given the run around for several weeks I decided to not return to this office. To make matters worse the office induces allergic reactions but provides no steroid cream for patients to bring home to mitigate the itching, and I received results from the nurse with no explanation of the material. My experience at this office was horrible from start to finish. Dr. Prasad didn't even treat the issue I came in for, I left with more problems than I originally had when coming to the office with no help from Dr. Prasad. Do not see him or come to this office.

Dr’s here listened to my concerns regarding my 6month old daughter. Advised me to address her rapid breathing and constant drooling with my PCP. After 2 years of expressing concerns of lack of eye contact, still drooling, appearing as though she constantly had a cold all year long... her PCP ignoring me... Dr. K stepped in and ordered a Scan... found an issue, made an appointment with an ENT (I got in within 3 days bc he called in himself). Long story short, my daughters basically could not hear for almost 3 yrs of her life because she had too much fluid in the ears. Fixed the issue and boom.... she began hearing. She ended up having years of special education to catch up on loss of language, 16 yrs later she graduated from high school with high honors and no special ed services. This is because this doctor listened to my concerns and put my baby before insurance.... he made a decision for his patients The ladies here are awesome and the providers (MD, PA & APRNs) are all knowledgeable and caring. As a nurse .... I suggest this practice bc I know they will provide great asthma plans for all school aged children, will provide notes for our college students so that there is no lapse in care.
