I was scheduled in a very timely manor. Very comfortable waiting room and within 1 hr all issues were checked over. Oil changed and tires rotated. They are very efficient and polite. Reasonable service charge and comforting to know it was done right.

My experience at Wilkins Buick- GMC was incredible! I was pleasantly greeted by all of the staff when I arrived and was able to test drive the 2017 Subaru Forester I was looking at immediately. Randy, who I worked with, was a pleasure! He answered all of my questions and concerns and was just a delight to work with. I arrived to Wilkins at the end of the day on a Saturday and Randy had no problem staying after hours to help me complete my first car purchase. I worked with Rob Reisman on my vehicle purchase. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and reserved our car for us while it was in transit to the dealer. He tried to find us the best deal that would make us happy. I was very impressed because everyone working at Wilkins was kind and no one tried to pressure us to buy anything extra or unnecessary. Everything was ready for us when we arrived to sign all the paperwork. A great experience!
Highly recommend Morgan and Wilkins Automotive. Just purchase my first GMC this past Saturday and I let my sales rep know that I'm really pressed for time with running a business, and a Mom of two kids also assisting with virtual school. Morgan, Jason in finance and Bob were very polite, I was in and out, most info was handled by phone, no back and forth, and very respectful of my time which is super important to me. Time spent at Wilkins was pleasant. I was immediately greeted by service representative; my car was serviced as I waited in the wait area, along with other patrons. Seats were placed in the 6-foot distance from each other; sanitation supplies were available, along with free coffee. My experience was great.
