The call center was very professional and knowledgeable. The installer showed up on time and did not waste anytime getting the job done. He also offered some good advice on maintenance. The price for the garage service was reasonable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the initial sales reprentative seemed like he was uninterested in selling the door. He just did his basic job. The guy could have had a bad day or something on his mind. Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

Amazing service! We called Sears Garage door when one of our overhead coil springs broke. They were here at our location the same day we called and repaired the door within a week because some of the parts were special ordered. The estimate and timing of the repair stayed accurate with zero hidden surprises. Thank you Barry and team!

Our door was damaged by a snowplow Sears responded right away to inspect the damage and advise us about how to repair the door. They gave us several options and styles. The door got repaired Promptly and is working perfectly. The color is a perfect match for our house. Dependable and easy to work with. Highly recommend

These guys are ON IT. The phone rep was great in explaining my options with knowledgeable answers. I had a new garage door opener chosen within minutes, was put on the calendar for install the next morning, and the tech showed up on the earlier side our the time window. The tech, Alex, was also quite knowledgeable and helped me with anything I asked. I was impressed at all the extra parts they carry on the truck for unforseen issues. He got it done timely, and did a good job explaining how everything works and what maintenance is recommended. I'm glad I could do my part to support Sears, and they excelled in the entire process!
