I'd hang up immediately if you get placed in a call line queue, ive been on hold as \caller no. 1 in the queue\ so long Ieach time I call in i could probably recite their promotional bit on the call line backwards. Someone pick up the phone!

9 only reviews tell you a lot about this company, if there was a minus rating,I would give -10 the claims specialist bleating on about random garbage,that they no more, and that they are a mutual to make money for there members. Disgusting sales tactics ,stay clear, cancelled our policy, waste of time and money.thats just from asking advice.
