Very poor experience. Received a message to say my order was ready to collect from the Stockton on Tees branch - only 1 item of 3 ready. I will have to potentially make 3 trips to the store to complete my order which aside from being very Covid unsafe, it’s a big exertion of time and effort. Raised issue with deputy store manager who felt the need to patronise rather than listen. Pointed all blame to ‘the website’. Same response from the head office customer service department. One message when my order is fully complete is not difficult. Basic customer service is not difficult. It’s also hard to understand why a customer is required to walk the length of the store to make a collection? Many other stores in this climate bring the goods to the front door to reduce any possible contact. Incredibly poor way of doing business in a COVID world.

Wanted a new backpack. Nothing local so I travelled the half hour to Stockton. Got what I wanted straight away. Too much choice. Also picked up some Camping gaz cylinders as I believe we could get power cuts over the winter. Store card saving worth the trip.
Good service from staff,but my wife was refused toilet although she has a medical condition & a card to support it. Not good enough. Other shops are always obliging. First time she has been refused.
Amazing sale came away with 2 new coats
Good store but to make sense you have to have a discount card shop assistance was very good and staff were helpful
