I did not get the correct mixer but was able to do the job with the one they provided me with. Machine worked good. Juan was very helpful at the Grand Prairie location. I would have given them a 5 star if I got the correct concrete mixer. The guys who got the mixer in their yard sent me with a mortar mixer even though I asked why not the machine I rented which was a concrete mixer.

Rented a tractor and a brush hog for just a couple days, which is hard to find a equipment dealer that focuses on the weekend warrior. Equipment was in good condition. Easy pick up and drop off. Great customer service from multiple people that I encountered. And to top it all off it was a very affordable rate and great value for what I was renting. Will definitely be using them again.

The compact trencher was in service when I went to rent the equipment on a Friday morning, needing it for a Saturday job. It was unavailable due to repairs but kept me updated. I was notified that the equipment would be ready for pickup Saturday morning. On the day of the job I had a equipment malfunction. Operator error, I took it back to them. The guys in the shop explained to me what no to do. Also explained to me if it happened again. I was not charged extra time and was allowed to extend my rental time. Great service, Great people. Definitely going back!
