Ordered a jumbo sausage supper through bigfoodie.com, order arrived over half an hour late, the sausages were great but the chips were below average! Won't be using this chippy ever again

Took an hour and five minutes for a combo box (reg) be deliveried. When it arrived I thought it was the wrong delivery as the presentation was so bad. I phoned and she said she'd let the kitchen know hahaha think you need to change your chefs or policy love. The box was tiny, food quality was bad loads of black bits on the food, greasy and meats where aweful. Could not eat. Felt bumped out of 10. It was suppose to be a treat for myself. But, extremely dissapointed. Its a shame coz they only \chippy\ that delivers in Grangemouth. Would not recommend or buy from again. Pity you can't upload pictures. Hahahahahahahahahaha
