I have been at Vine House Surgery for over 14 years and have always felt well cared for. All the staff; receptionists, nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors, always look after their patients. As a family, we feel very lucky to have an excellent GP surgery.

I loved this surgery and was very happy there. However, I could not cope with the new system they have now put in place. I am an older patient with no internet other than on my phone and am autistic. I asked if there was any other way and got a blunt \No\ from the receptionist. I have now changed to another practice where I can either ring up or go in to make an appointment. If this system becomes widespread, it will add to people turning up at A&E departments A big mistake
The new system Ash my GP puts patients at risk and sad such service is being used by this surgery as in my view had a service that was focused on making one to feel safe and to give assurance to have access to their GP
Friendly helpful and a competent service. Phoning is difficult at times and appointment are only better than most. The information on the website could be improved. I don't know how to contact by email out of hours or if there is a patient advisory panel I could contact. So patient interface could be improved but I believe it's better than most. I am pleased to have their service. Better than any surgery I have registered with ever.
