I visited them for Thailand Visa in January, I got the visa after 3 days. Again I applied for Malaysia Visa after a few weeks, I got it after 3days. Even though my Spain Visa with them was not approved in early March which may be due to the early days of Covid-19, I will continue to do business with them . Good Company.

Ms. Ruema of Green Apple Travel & Tourism has always been accommodating & professional, same goes with the other employees there. I got my 2 Russian VISAs from them for June 2019 & November 2019. Thank you once again for taking care of my application. I got to see Russia in 3 seasons: summer, fall & winter! Hoping to visit again during spring time!

Horrific customer service, horrific management and owner, very rude - went there for a new visa - they took the money from me and did not do the full job on the visa. As a Bitish expat it is quite obvious i will not fully understand the full process of the visa which is why i paid them - all they wanted was the money for the visa and never really followed up to change the status of my visa which meant my visa would be void and cancelled and i incurred overstay charges of over 4000 aed. it cost me a total of 6200 and didnt even get the 3 month visa they promised. i went to immigration to complain and they themselves said that the travel agency is very incompetent to not follow the timescales given by the government I definitely do not recommend using this agency - trust me, do at your own risk. the owner was very rude and called to threaten me. DO NOT USE
This is definitely one of the best travel agencies in Dubai. The service was very good and there are no delays. These guys are really quick. Ms. Kate helped me apply for my Turkish visa and she is excellent. She is very well informed about the process and she is always proactively guiding you, returns calls and is very attentive to her clients. She is highly recommended if you want a reliable long term travel agent

I would like to commend Kate for assisting us with our maid's visas both for US and UK. She is very helpful and always ready to answer my questions anytime not to mention patient with each clarification I have regarding the supporting documents that are required. She is also monitoring the status of the visa applications and provide an update on the timely manner. I love the way she gives assurance that it will be fine because applying for a visa can be sometimes nerve-wracking not to mention quite an investment when it comes to money. Words cannot express my gratitude to Mrs.Brenda. I have applied to the Irish visa last year and my first attempt was unsuccessful. I went though a lot of stress in trying to get the right documents and approval from the consulate. Although a basic guidance is given about the visa requirements, there are times that other documents are required or might be requested by the visa officer as an additional evidence for your visa category, which ended up in me cancelling the application and trip, in fear of visa rejection.
