This place is absolute garbage. I was scheduled to get the vaccine. Had a date and time. They called me a couple days before my scheduled time and cancelled.Their reasoning? I haven’t been a patient long enough at their practice. Please, at all cost, do not receive any care from this sad excuse for a healthcare facility.

So I called the office and asked for the person who I talked to about a sample of some new medicine and she said if you have any questions or would like to see about getting a prescription please call me back. So, this person who just answered the phone is asking me 20 /20 questions about speaking to someone and I finally said look I’m calling her back to discuss this medicine and didn’t realize it was a big deal. She’s going on and I said look if you feel like giving her my number to call me back fine do that if not, I don’t care and don’t care if I speak to her about it. I didn’t know that I needed security clearance to speak to an assistant about a medicine and sorry that I bothered you and hung up. I love my Doctor and when i have an appointment everyone is nice but this was very disappointing me. As of yet no return call.

Honestly, I don't even know where to start - there are too many good things to say about this medical practice! Anytime I've walked through their doors, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment (even if I've arrived a bit early). The nurses are all very nice and listen thoroughly to your problems. When the doctor meets you, the nurses have usually already explained your issue to the doctor so there's no need to repeat yourself, the doctor just asks clarifying questions. The doctors have outstanding bedside manner. I've been upset to see a few long-term doctors leave for different places (mostly happy for them, though) but I've consistently been pleased by the treatment from the new doctor that I'm assigned. I just moved to DC and am very disappointed with the care that I've received there - I wish I could come back to Greencastle!
