I had called them originally after drop off of empty container to tell them there was bugs in the container. I was very upset because I needed to start loading up the pod asap to get it sent over to a family member. He told me to do a bug bombing and that was it. Didn't offer any compensation for my trouble which Really upset me. I had to go buy some bug bombs and set them off and than wait until they were dead and even after I set them off there were still some in there and I was worried they were gonna get in my boxes. Also I had scheduled a final date for them to come pick up the pod from my family members and it was never put in the computer and I didn't know about it until the last minute. I was thankful they had a time slot the next day or I would've been charged for another month. Noone ever tried to help me out in either issue I had and was not compensated or discounted at all which I should be at least for one of them. Will not look to use them again in the future.

Oh my gosh, PODS is AWESOME!! Don't use anyone else for your moving needs. They are fast and careful and so much cheaper than the traditional moving companies AND we had ZERO breakage!!
They charged me an additional 1033 to move the storage units from one city to another that was in the alotted for zip codes and forced me to agree or lose my stuff. 3 Pods worth

I booked them for a move from Orlando, FL to Charlotte, NC. They quoted me 2000 just to move the 2 containers plus storage etc. When I got to Charlotte the job plans changed and I ended up buying a house in Winston-Salem, NC instead. I called PODS to give them the delivery address and they said it would cost me an extra 1000 for transportation costs! The extra distance is less than 100 miles! It only cost 2000 from Orlando to begin with. This is highway robbery. They get your belongings and hold it hostage demanding ransom money to get it back. You have no choice but to pay up. NEVER again will I use their services.
