Visited Grisport HQ today mistakingly thinking it was a factory shop, I didn't get the gentlemans name but he was most helpful and invited us in, going so far as to get a great selection of shoes for my dad, and boots for myself. He gave us information on all the footwear allowing us to make an informed choice. Definetly didn't expect this service, if the boots are as good as the help I'll be very happy! Open a factory shop please!

I had originally been waiting until after lockdown to buy some new boots, so that I could try them on in the shop, but a friend recommended Grisport so warmly that I decided to try them out for myself. I have been delighted by my Aztec Crazy Horse boots, which fit very comfortably and haven't needed to be worn in at all, as well as looking good. I was also pleased to receive a free hat and pair of socks, very useful in this cold weather. The speed and efficiency of service were outstanding and I cannot recommend Grisport too highly. Thank you.
I bought a pair of Grisport Crusaders earlier in the year. I was very impressed with the build and quality of the boots and used them after applying a copious layer of Nikwax. Things started off well, but the left boot developed an unusual crease that rubbed on my big toe. Yesterday, around 2pm, after a brief email exchange, I gave my address to Grisport. Here I am, less than 24 hours later, with a new pair in my hands. Now that's what I call great customer service! It's a measure of a company in the way they deal with customers when things go awry & Grisport couldn't have measured up better. Thank you. I'm optimistic the new boots will perform as expected.
First time I’ve ordered from Grisport. Easy to navigate around their website, with plenty of options and reviews to let you make an informed choice. Good offer of 15% discount on first order and my order was over the threshold to receive a lucky dip gift, which was fab as I got a lot more than I expected (socks, snow shoe grips, laces & inserts). The boots are excellent, comfortable, warm and they look good on too. Looking forward to going for long walks in them. I’m a size 5 so that’s what I ordered and they fit great with walking socks on.
Received my boots yesterday, excellent packaging and fast delivery, tried them out this morning very comfy and secure feeling, overall very happy with my new boots
