Singnature Global is good Construction Company . I have take one 2bhk flat in Andure Heights. Company has handover flat within due time. but flat was having some electric problem, shipage and grouting work has not been done. I have many times informed to deployed Staff Richa & Sumit (Company Staff) and whattsapp photo send at the time of handover. till date it has not been done. every day is telling i will do it today. Requested to TOP Management kindly take necessary action please.

Thieves in suit and tie. They will lie to you so confidently that you won’t even believe. They are infact trained to do so. They will take 10% of your money first without the Builder buyer agreement and the bank will not offer you 90% loan until you provide the bank with this agreement. So eventually you will be charged huge interest by the Signature global as this is another trick for them to earn money. They will make sure to delay the BBA agreement so they can make money. If you tell them that the bank need this agreement so they can disburse the loan then they will reply to you “we do not have anything to do with the bank, we need the money from you anyhow within 20 days from the allotment”. I regret booking my flat from signature global. I wish I would have gone through the reviews before investing. Avoid them like and don’t ever get into their sales trap. All the best!

Very bad experience . Every employee are confidential lier , unprofessional and no one is responsible for customer service, busy in meetings.CRM team is only for formalities. It's very difficult to get the money refund if you invest with them. Pls don't invest with them with any property. Receptionist duties are making the customer waited and let customer wait till will not shout.

Worst company to deal with, pathetic customer care service. They will make you cry to get your money refunded back, just in case you are not alloated a flat in the draw. I guess they earn interest out of people's hard earned money and try to delay the refunds consciously. It's been more than 9 months since I gave them the booking amount, and have not yet recieved a refund!
