This hospital is a fraud. The doctor kept asking me what was wrong after I had explained to him everything. To him it was joke. Such unprofessional approach. They made me wait 30 mins while the doctor was doing nothing and then doctor says he doesn't know what is wrong and how to fix it. His reply to the nurse telling him to hurry up was we are here to keep talking. There is no work here. I would not recommend anyone going here.

I had an excellent experience at Suryadeep hospital. Highly skilled doctors and very caring staff made my ear surgery go very smoothly. This hospital makes an explicit effort to make a patient emotionally comfortable and it pays off very well.

Doctors are good I myself go there and recommend to the doctors I have consulted they are really experienced and the diagnosis is perfect, but the staff of the hospital especially sitting at the reception are unethical...they are not groomed well enough..they don't know how to talk over phone to a patient...non co-operative and most arrogant.

Went in for Fever. Dr. Kunal Kothari took 10 days and made me do 5 tests even for thyroid costing INR 1250 and but didn't suggest test for Dengue . Couldn't diagonse the illness. All he kept saying " Naya parcha banega"(INR 600). Hospital just want to extract money from People. He asked me again to do 4-5 test including Dengue which again is costing INR 2750. Such an apathy towards plight of patients and Greed for Money. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I had a very nice experience in Suryadeep Hospital. Being a patient under Dr Pankaj for Piles surgery , I must say he's a very friendly Doctor and he's one of the best General Surgeon here in Suryadeep Hospital. The other doctors here are also very keen towards their patients. I must recommend that people who are searching for best medical treatment, Suryadeep Hospital is worth it. The working staff here are also very polite. TPA department is very- very helpful

This was one of the best experiences ever that I had in my entire life. I have seen many doctors and staff. But this was an excellent experience. The staff was so helping and welcoming .. the nurses were active, patient and ever smiling. Dr. Vaibhav done my Piles surgery by Laser was followed to the T and overall experience was definately 10/10. All the best and keep up the good work.
