We were visiting from Canada and required replacement batteries for a mobility scooter. When I phoned the evening before I picked up the batteries the sales rep had placed the batteries on the charger in anticipation of my need. Excellent service - even though I was not a retailer I was given personalized service. Additionally, as I did not have access to the tools required to replace the batteries in the case this was also done for me. Thank you Tom and Intercel!
