I loved this amazing county park that I visited for the first time. I was impressed by the range of wildlife. It is great for bird watching. There is a lake with Swans and other ducks birds too. One surprise was seeing an ancient wood henge which I did not expect to see. Its great for walking and cycling around the vast field of trees and mud. If its rainy make sure you got good boots for walking in the mud. This is a 5 star Park for me. You can also do fishing in certain areas of the lake. Great viewing for sunrise in the morning. Highly recommendable for nature lovers.

We took our daughter here for the first time before lockdown 2 and it was lovely. The cafe was open luckily. Unfortunately the zoo/farm place was not open then but the view and walk was great. My daughter loved it. If you're an out doors person who likes a walk or somewhere to take your dog. I would recommend. Bring wellies or hiking shoes as the tracks where really muddy!

After living around the area for over 2 years, we finally came across this lovely park. Lots of open space as well as a few trails. A little animal zoo that wasn't open to the public at the time but we could still see the black ducks, ponies, short goats, sheep and swans. Buggy friendly and nice scenery. Plenty to explore and we will definitely be going back. Parking is to be paid for but relatively cheap. I'm sure you could find some streets in the surrounding areas to park for free if you looked. A 1 hour 45 minute walk was enough for the hot 30 degree weather but was well shaded by the trees so not uncomfortable. Plenty of blackberries to eat too!

Hainault London LOWER Mature open parkland course with undulating with a nice design too it. Green good just little woolly. Fairways a bit bear in places. Bunkers hard. For the lower handicapper. Hainault OLD UPPER Mature and very open parkland course with undulating hilly fairway with not many hazards. More for the higher handicapper, but still enjoyable ever for the lower handicapper. With some super 'driving' holes. Easier of the 2 course at Hainault Green good just little woolly. Fairways a bit bear in places. Bunkers hard. Practise putting green, chipping area & friendly staff. Sadly no practise nets. This is my sort of course I definitely recommended.
