The office staff is very helpful and friendly, every time I’ve gone in they’re all welcoming and kind. Dr Shin is a magician; he fixed my deviated septum and the “bump” on my nose, as well as widened the passages from my nostrils into my sinuses. 5 Stars, 10/10 recommend.

Nothing would surprise me about this office! Rudeness is certainly top prioritie! Dr Shin does decent work. However the office management is rude to fellow workers and patients as well. The fact that this is allowed shame on you!! Not worth it
