They provide a very poor customer service, I purchased off them a front door which was fitted by them 20 months ago. Recently the white plastic beading around the door frame started to come away from the door/brickwork. Called them 7 times in the last 2 months to do the \5 minute job\ their words, but nothing ever gets done.fed up of calling them. Will never use them again.
