Absolutely over the moon with our new carpet Lee Spencer went above and beyond with all expectations I cannot describe in words how much better our carpet is compared to our existing carpet!!. Lee was there 24/7 for any queries I had as a first time carpet buyer I had many questions about the carpet the brand and all the fittings, he really made the whole process a breeze setting up quotations to sorting fitting dates around my work schedule!. I will never use any other company again and can’t wait to get more work started within the upcoming months thanks again to Lee and all of Bentley and hall I can’t thank you all enough

Would like to say Lee done an amazing job dealing with our inquiry, he went above and beyond as we changed our order as he left our house, he found us the perfect carpet for our house and made sure we liked it through video call. He booked us in nice and quick. The guy's that came and fitted the carpets where so quick and professional they where in and out before we new it, thanks Tony and Lea, they also where amazing Would highly recommend these guy's to all of my family and friends.

Great service from start to finish. A complex situation but Lee and his team were excellent. He offered advice and explained in detail about different products etc. He made a real effort to ensure the job got done as soon as possible and the fitter was working til 9pm on a Saturday to ensure completion. The standard of work was excellent and the carpets/lino are top quality. Would recommend to anybody.
