Visited here today to purchase some storage boxes that I saw on their website. Sadly there is no real system for their range of storage boxes. They are found at the end of aisles, randomly on top of the high shelves around the store or just randomly dotted around. Needless to say I couldn't find what I was looking for which lead me to try to leave the store without making a purchase. This in itself proved difficult due all the ways out being barriered off with belts or strategically placed stock. The only way out is through an open checkout which when I visited were very busy with queues. I didn't really wish to join a queue in order to exit the store. Making my way out meant I had to squeeze past other people using the checkouts. This was not ideal in the current climate and obviously made some customers uncomfortable. I apologise to the lady I had to squeeze past but B and M please make exiting the store without a purchase easier and safer.

In terms of value this store is hard to beat. When I visited the store was quiet but found what I needed quickly. No exit queue to pay.
My daughter loves this place she always wants to come because they sell everything, from food to toys. Prices are generally cheap but some items can be a bit expensive. I would recommend this place for anyone who hasn't been they sell everything.
A good selection of Indoor Ornaments and decorations! Some shelves lacking in products and a bit all over the place... Little to no sanitation products to wipe down trolleys/ baskets. But otherwise a decent B & M store.
Its a big B&M store, they had lots of products available which was great. A bit crowded at this time, and there was a long queue but everyone was sent in quickly. The long thing disappointing is that the lift didn't work. I couldn't go upstairs as I didn't want to leave my trolley unattended downstairs and go up by the stairs. I really hope they fix the lift soon so next time I visit I could go and look upstairs too.
