This review has been re submitted as this company complained to yell where I initially reviewed them and was taken off. Don't waste your time. Rang this company as they are local. Was told that a boiler engineer would be with us after 4 on the next day, by this time we were without heating and hot water. They never turned up and not even a courtesy call to offer an explanation. Rang the office which was closed and finally got a reply 2 days later blaming the workmen and to be told that they wouldn't be able to get to us. Very very poor service. I've had to give one star as it won't let you submit a review without. But my overall score is zero. Go elsewhere.
