As per previous message disgusting attitude towards loyal customers. Have been a customer for years and spend hundreds with them. Didn't have a mask got shouted at and told to come back tomorrow, what a way to speak to people, couldn't you just have some for customers to buy. Oh and by the way you state on your website no under 18 but there was a baby on site. Never mind you have lost a loyal customer who had intended to buy 4 large bay trees and pots all because you believe masks are safe, they are not a legal requirement.

We live in Letchworth Garden City, Herts and for a number of years have been using Savins for their plants. We place our order early in the year for 4 summer hanging baskets. I cannot put into words just how beautiful they are. It’s now coming towards the end of July and all of my baskets are in full bloom. They are the best I’ve ever seen but say this every year. The colours are vibrant and plants are so healthy. My friends and neighbours all make comments how spectacular they look. I can thoroughly recommend their nursery. I’d like to say a big thank you to Savins nursery for the joy it brings to us.

Was not impressed with how i was spoken to in regards to wearing face mask . Felt like she was barkng orders . Completely understand need to keep everyone safe but to be told off for taking off mask in open space outside ,no where near anyone else was OTT. In contrast young girl who served me was lovely and couldnt have been more polite and helpful.there are ways and means of getting your message across should not be done by hectoring people.
