I have been back in the area for a little over a year and had basically given up on finding good Chinese food. Glad I tried this place. Without a doubt the best here. I had the Peking duck, my wife had cashew chicken, and my son had orange beef. I would eat any of those dishes again. I can't wait to go back. Planning on one of the fish dishes next.

First time visiting last night. The decor is authentic to the type of food they serve. Clean and bright, larger than it appears from outside. Our server was Jesse who did a great job. The food was fresh and delicious! Expansive menu so something for everyone. Mongolia beef and shrimp with vegetables

Didnt know what to expect from this place...From the outside it looks like a strip mall joint, but when you go in it is nothing like that....The decor is nice and it is well done inside...Prices are on the avg to high side, but the food is delicious. The couple running the place are very nice. I am not sure what is "Fusion" about it, but I would go again. They will also add spicy at your request...

Delicious food, disappointing portion sizes. For a 45 meal that included two entrees and two starters, I just expected the entrees to be a bit bigger. My specialty crispy beef came with 4 pieces of broccoli....but it is clear that the food is fresh and well-made. Will try again, but hoping for a better experience.

Good selection of authentic dishes. Sichuan dishes not spicy imo but with their table chili oil added, I got the kick I was looking for. We got the mapo tofu, salt and pepper shrimp, eggplant, steamed sea bass and double cooked pork belly.

Fancy, delicious and beautiful restaurant. Took my family to dine in here recently. The food options were great and food was good. The general tsao and sesame chicken was delicious with fried rice. My cousin loved the crab wontons. And one person got peppered pork that looks very good. I can’t wait to go back to try more food.

Went there with my wife for the first time tonight & it was a divine experience to rival hot showers after a long day... she had the General Tso’s chicken & I the beef & broccoli... both were exquisite art, not the tripe some places hand you where it requires soy sauce to choke down... Our meal was heavenly, we also shared spring rolls, egg rolls & the porky buns... it was a bit pricey but worth it. I view this place as a temple, not to be entered lightly... I cannot stress how much of a joy it is to find a true Chinese restaurant.. you would think with a billion Chinese people it’d be easier to find good Chinese food, but you’d be wrong. Our server was attentive & friendly, making sure we never needed anything. I look forward to returning. I would warn you to exercise caution with the Chinese mustard, my wife put too much on her spring roll & it cleared her sinuses like being pepper sprayed.

I am stingy with 5 star ratings. This is going to be a long review...in short if you're hungry for great Asian...just go. When my wife and I walked in the owner, whose name I later learned was George, at first seemed troubled because his waitstaff wouldnt be there for another 30 minutes. I thought we were getting tossed...instead he gave us a table and said he would help us as best he could. He handed over the remote to the TV...chatted us up about his favorites on the menu and was an incredible host. When his waitress came in shift her and helped us out. I asked George, the owner what he recommended...his answer was "its all ok". We laughed that it wasn't much of a recommendation. "I'm a humble guy." Humble he is. Everything from the service to the food was amazing. Lettuce wraps had wonderfully flavored chicken. The Singapore noodles with curry were so tasty and the beef so tender it was ridiculous. The salt and pepper pork wasn't like anything I've had before. We had such an amazing time. If you get a chance, ask George about he cooked for the White House. He has an amazing surviving entrepreneur story.
