Great customer service and very honest business. I asked for my designer coat to be dry cleaned and instead of just taking my money the manager advised me that due to the type materials used in the jacket it may not take well to the cleaning processes involved in dry cleaning, and therefore recommended i don't dry clean as per the label (completely forgot to look at this!) As a result of their honesty they have a loyal customer for life
