Lied to, deceived, sent around in circles until I cannot take anymore for fear it will give me a heart attack. Not a penny of housing benefit to show for it they just completely confuse you with you ticked this box in order to save money for their own profiteering. Reading all the bad reviews you see they do this automatically to everyone. This is now in a government report seen by Whitehall since when Whitehall stop people leaving this area tier 4 they must know how bad it is dealing with this council. !mpossible

Traffic lights and cones erected at Main Road Lacey Green near village hall for two days now but no works commenced and much inconvenience to road users not to mention the fuel wastage. Happens all to frequently. Do Bucks Council care ? Not a bit. No urgency

Utterly useless, website says one thing, advisor says something completely different, and neither are correct. Tried to speak to someone today and it took me through to the 'rate your call questionnaire before I had even spoken to anyone and then hung up on me. I get things are tough at the moment, but I have next to no confidence in this council. If I could give a minus figure I would!!!!

Absolutely awful service, I've been paying 1,845 in council tax this year despite living in High Wycombe Town centre. In band C. I've emailed them numerous times, received a response after 3 month's yday, advising me to claim benefits for help :') How ridiculous. I am after an explanation not benefits form. Always pretend they cannot hear you on the phone and disconnect the line when unable to answer a question. Worst service ever!!!
