Allis-In-Wonderland

I came into Pirate Printing with an order that I needed in two days, with two separate items. I explained the situation and the employees couldn't have been more accommodating, and even though they had large orders to fill they squeezed me in. The office was clean, my products turned out beautiful(!) and the materials they use are of a high quality. They also finished my order earlier than expected! Thank you so much for your help! I'm excited to give my friends their gifts.

I was referred to pirate printing from wellstar hospital system. As an wellstar employee was told there was a discount. They do not honor any discount or at least did not for me and I will update wellstar hopefully can refer another company. Regardless, I was also looking to support local business, esp during covid pandemic. I would not recommend this business to anyone I care for, they do not comply to any covid recommendation. No one is masked in office and there is no care for the health and safety of others of their community. The product was okay, nothing special. Customer service was basic and standard. I did ask to wait outside for my product when I came to pick up due to blatant disregard of others. I'm not returning and employ those not to use this business for your own safety. We are in a pandemic of a respiratory virus. I expect more from industries who provide customer service to actually care their customers. All the best and everyone please be safe and smart.
