Trying so hard to work with theses people, all experiences are likely to be personal but what I can say is they are always changing something so they have not got things right yet. They should publish a guide for service users that matches a user's experience. It's not a solution at present it feels like false hope and hurdles I've had to push, be very proactive. Its not supportive experience for me at all I'm now looking into other options.

Amne has looked after my findings. She is an amazing person. Very kind, positive and empathetic. She has looked into my all requirements and needs. Still she is very supportive and helpful, even after moving. During my hardest time she gave me strength and I have managed to hold myself together. Wish her all the best. God bless her.
I was on homefinder for a bit of time. After a while i spoke to a gentleman called Peter Ledger ( hope spelling right) He forward my case to a lovely hearted lady called Amne Lubani and said she will be my caseworker and she will help me at the start before i meet i had no hope . Until i spoke to her when i started talking to her and explaining my situation to her i had a such a nice bond were it felt like i have been knowing her for years and we were friends, that heart of her is so nice were she listen to everything i said and she done her best and said will help me no matter what it was after listening to my story . After speaking to her and i started to get more hopes every other day months of talking to her and bugging her of she not once complaint and was never rude every time i called her she answered every time i messaged her she replied with no doubt no matter what time it was she was there when i needed to talk to her she was there when i needed to ask her questions. Not long far she done a magic and gave me the best news ever she could give me. Her spirit her humanity her heart is so sweet so helpful wouldn’t be able to explain. I would love to say more things about her in other nice ways but words are not enough if i carried on writing about her i think it will fill in the whole page . I appreciate everything she has done for me and i bless her and hope god could always be there for her and i hope deep down that god could give her all the best in life . For everything shes doing for people without explanation shes doing everything she could do without asking anything back. Its hard to find people like this now days . I hope life gives her everything she wants with happiness and health.
Amne is an absolutely amazing woman! She has done more for me in the few months I'd been on Homefinder than the council had done for me in the last three years! She made the effort to contact me to see how I was getting on and to contact me if she saw a property suitable for me and my family. Something the council would never have done. She has done so much for my family and me more than she'll ever know and I cannot thank her enough! She is an absolute asset to the company and they are lucky to have her. Thank you for getting us rehoused with such professionalism and at fast speed.
